angel investors I helped secure funding from, supporting the move from startup to LLP

Leading a 20-person team, I removed operational bottlenecks and automated the delivery pipeline for daily news shorts, weekly newsletters, market commentary and podcasts — the work behind the growth in application users.

One method, five steps

  1. 01Diagnose before designing

Map how the work actually happens today, and quantify it. No solution is proposed until the current state is evidenced.

  2. 02Model the decision

Convert the diagnosis into explicit logic — thresholds, triggers, tiers, rules — so decisions become repeatable rather than interpretive.

  3. 03Build within constraints

Design for the tools, budget and capacity that already exist.

  4. 04Instrument the outcome

Define how success will be measured before launch, including attribution and control design, so impact can be claimed credibly.

  5. 05Institutionalize it

Document it, align it to shared terminology, and hand it to the teams who own it — so it survives beyond me.
